Defence and security

We began working in the defence sector in 1990 when we helped the MOD to improve its investment management approach to funding major initiatives.

In the intervening years, we have provided support at both strategic and tactical levels, ranging from addressing systemic issues in the supply change and deployment, to facilitiating the first requirements workshop for senior stakeholders for the future aircraft carrier (CVF).

We have worked with a number of suppliers to improve their organisational capability, including BAE Systems, IFS Defence, L-3 TRL,  Westland Helicopters, and Selex SAS.

I feel compelled to go into writing to let you know how thrilled I am about the quality of work CITI has produced in a very short space of time.  The work delivered to-date just adds confidence to the fact that CITI was selected as our ‘partners’ in developing our delivery community.

Today, we partner with suppliers in their move from providing products to delivering capability.  The industry’s customers see value in contracting for end-to-end services.  To meet this need requires deep organisational change throughout the supply chain.  CITI is at the forefront of these changes, helping defence organisations adjust to becoming managed service providers.
