Andy Rayner is one of CITI’s preferred partners specialising in project management capability assessment, development and supportive consultancy.
After starting his career in the oil industry, Andy moved into consultancy, focusing for over ten years in the project management of business point of sale systems in financial services organisations.
Over the last 12 years, Andy has become an accomplished training consultant for project managers and PMO staff across more than a dozen industries and at all levels – from graduates to middle/senior managers and board members. Andy is also an experienced project manager capability assessor.
Andy writes and designs learning materials and acts as a coach and mentor to individuals and groups.
Although based in the UK, Andy has trained and assessed project managers in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, UAE and Malaysia.
Andy’s outside of work interests include most sports, especially rugby, cricket and golf but also watching formula one. However his main passion is farming and agriculture which he puts into practice on his smallholding.
