Our people

Sarah is Contract Manager and chief co-ordinator for our CSL (Civil Service Learning) project delivery profession contract the largest contract of its kind in Europe. Through this contract we supply all project and programme management qualification courses to HM Government, helping in excess of 10,000 civil servants each year attain the qualifications they need to help the government meet its declared top-3 priority of successful project and programme delivery.

Her role includes managing and scheduling in excess of 80 internal and external partner resources, managing a large number of supplier contracts with our venues and training facilities through the UK, Germany and Ireland, and ensuring consistent delivery of high quality training materials and events.
Since joining CITI in 2013 Sarah has rapidly developed her role from a course administrator, to become a key member of our team with a fastidious attention to detail and a passion for everything she does. While executing this truly demanding role, Sarah has also attained her qualifications in PRINCE2® and Management of Risk®, with exceptionally high pass marks. Sarah’s near term goal is to become a professional and accomplished Project Manager.

In her spare time, Sarah loves travelling and is an active individual who loves organising and playing hockey at National league level for Bedford Ladies Hockey Club. Her claim to fame is that she once beat Jessica Ennis in a Heptathlon event!
