Thomas has helped many blue chip and government organisations improve their change capability through supporting leaders of strategic change initiatives and critical programmes.

With a background in strategic business modelling and civil engineering, engineering, information technology and business change projects, Thomas is able to distil the essential concerns that challenge our clients.

Now retired and working with CITI on occasional ‘interesting’ projects, he was a founding partner and Chairman of CITI for more than 20 years. He contributed to its development as a leading change consultancy at the forefront of the effective implementation of change. He also started and chaired CITI’s Centres of Excellence Club for 8 years, a networking arena for executives from industry and government.

Early in his career Thomas formed his own company providing process consultancy to organisations, including pharmaceuticals and legal practices.

His outside distractions are primarily painting abstracts, constructing sculptures, and photography. He also enjoys riding his motorbike and playing golf – both preferably in good weather.
