Understanding project management

By attending this course you will learn how successful projects are run, and how project techniques and approaches can be used in your current role (be it in HR, finance, marketing or operations) to run packages of work.

The course introduces essential disciplines required in projects, particularly the need to schedule time, measure progress and handle variations to the plan.
