Beneficial change management

Organisations are faced with the challenge of being able to change time and again.  Change leaders and agents play central roles in the successful embedding of the new way of working through having a good understanding of how to facilitate ways in which people adopt and adapt to change.  Clear leadership and enabling employees to participate in shaping the change are key factors.

This highly-interactive two-plus-two day workshop addresses key areas of change and focuses on the disciplines required to manage strategic initiatives to deliver planned business value.  Using CITI’s Change Diamond, as the overarching framework, we address:

• Change strategy and governance (‘making it wanted’),
• Delivery and adoption (‘making it happen’)
• Embedding, sustainability and reinforcement (‘making it stick’).

Who is it for?

Change leaders responsible for setting the agenda for change and for creating a change capability in their organisations.  Professionals involved in change planning, adoption and realisation.  Executives responsible for achieving real business value from change.   Senior project professionals who need to know how the deliverables from their projects will lead to business value.

What will I gain?

You will have a clear understanding of how strategic change initiatives should be planned and managed.  With a focus on the adoption and sustainability of change, you will gain insights into how change capability can be developed in your organisation.  You will have access to a set of tools to clearly define your approach to managing change and have the confidence to start deploying these tools effectively, having practiced using them in a significant change scenario.

Workshop structure
