- Effective project assurance Many PPSOs provide an audit and assurance function for projects but few have a consistent approach to this. This course provides you with a method for assessing projects and shows how best to feedback to the project manager.
- Understanding project management This course is for non project managers who want to understand how projects work. By attending this short course you will learn more about how successful projects are run and the roles team members play in project success, including how to manage work packages.
- Project success through people A project team can be made up of superb resources but if they are not correctly orchestrated by the project manager the project can't succeed. This two day master class exposes you to the complex people aspects of managing projects or programmes. It examines how you should manage, influence, lead and direct each of the major stakeholder groups and make the most effective use of the people involved with your project.
