Centres of excellence club
CITI is proud to facilitate the 'Centres of Excellence Club'. Usually referred to as CofEe Club, it was founded in 2005 and is an invitation-only, membership-based network of like-minded professionals, who are executives and senior managers with responsibility for ensuring that change can be implemented successfully in their organisations.
Each quarter, a member organisation hosts a one-day workshop at which a current hot topic is discussed, and where best practice, experiences and concerns are shared.
Summary feedback is provided to members following each meeting and occasional white papers are produced on chosen topics.
Previous meeting topics have included: sponsoring change, organisational culture and acceptance to change, benefits management, development frameworks, and project complexity.
The twenty-eighth meeting will be held on the 26th October 2012 at BAA, Heathrow.
The topic for the meeting is Change Assurance.
Please contact Amanda Muscat to discuss club membership on 01908 283600 or amuscat@citi.co.uk.
