2007 CofEe Club - Forensic project management

At the eighth meeting of CITI’s Centres of Excellence Club, held at Britannia Building Society, the topic for the day was forensic project management.

Thomas Docker of CITI set the scene and led the discussions.

The Head of Change Management, Britannia Building Society, provided some background information on our kind hosts.

Geoff Vincent, CITI, Chris Nelson, Britannia Building Society and Barry Ryan, Independant, provided different perspectives on forensic project management.
