Running business projects
By attending this course you will learn how successful projects are run, and how project techniques and approaches can be used in your current role (be it in HR, finance, marketing or operations) to run packages of work.

Managers and members of staff tasked with running business projects as part of their job.

Course approach
This workshop introduces the participants to three typical situations where using project techniques are expected and helpful. Each ‘project’ presents a common challenges that has to be resolved and the best approaches are explored through a series of mini workshops, just as it would be in the real project. By the end of the two days the participant will take away a complete set of templates and techniques to run their projects.
