Making it happen
We work with clients to ensure efficient delivery and the effective adoption of change. Delivery refers to the provision of change products required in the change, such as new offices and a modified IT infrastructure.  Adoption means having an achievable reception strategy for the change products, transferring ownership from delivery to operations, and this should drive the structuring of delivery.CITI is at the forefront of the latest thinking in delivery disciplines associated with projects, programmes and portfolios, contributing to industry standards as well as developing our own approaches. Making it stick
Ensuring that implemented change becomes properly rooted in day-to-day operations is critical to sustaining lasting business benefits. This means ensuring that the new processes and systems and skills become routine – fully owned and maintained by the business, and addressing the issues that arise during and in the immediate aftermath of implementation.
