Our eAPMIC is designed for those unable to schedule time for CITI’s two-day workshop or whose learning style is better suited to working at their own pace.
The eAPMIC is essentially the same content as our APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management two day course, which offers a fundamental awareness of project management terminology and is for those wishing to gain a broad understanding of the principles of the profession. The qualification is designed for anyone looking to start a successful career in project management or those wanting to understand the principles of project management excellence.
What are the course objectives?
Candidates will be able to understand the language of project management and the structure of a successful project. They will be able to take an active part in a project team and make a positive contribution to any project environment. Delegates will be prepared to take the Introductory Certificate in Project Management at the end of this blended learning course.

What is the course format?
Most of the preparation is carried out using distance learning material. CITI provides a study pack that contains a study guide, mock exam questions generator and solution notes via secure access to ‘YourCITI’, our secure client Extranet.
On exam day, a morning review with the tutor is held, where the material is reviewed as a group for final practice and study, concentrating on areas of weakness, before sitting the multiple choice exam in the afternoon.
What is the duration and cost of the course?
This is a distance learning event.
£800 plus VAT includes exam fee and half day review.
£300 plus VAT includes exam fee without the half day review.
