Project Stakeholders….You can map them, but can you engage them?

People Deliver Projects Ltd have designed and facilitated a special event on the important theme of Project Stakeholders.

People Deliver Projects are regular PMI speakers , and event specialists. Their team of presenters and professional actors have prepared a participative workshop style event. It was lively with some laughter, and certainly with audience participation throughout. The audience worked in rival teams on a designed-for-purpose stakeholder case study, based on a very intriguing project idea. There were serious content sessions, and actual stakeholder encounters to watch and learn from played by professional actors, who are also business facilitators and coaches.

Leading project management consultancy, CITI, were co-presenting, drawing on our extensive experience of successful stakeholder engagement and getting across important latest thinking and approaches on the subject.

With two great presenters, and a team of actors, working together, this event was of high quality, and as expected broke into a new ground for PMI UK Branches, with a very engaging format. Quite appropriate for the subject, in fact.
