Plan the resource to resource the plan!
Getting the right person to do the right things at the right time is the real purpose of resource planning. Done early on in the project planning process, the project manager retains control, done late and the resources determine the project strategy. This session explores the tools the project manager has to develop an effective resource plan, and the value that clear roles and responsibilities have in meeting the project’s time, cost and quality criteria.
