Many perfectly good strategies are spoiled by imperfect implementation. Unless good ideas are turned into products and processes that can be used by people, little that is valuable happens. The focus of this talk is about taking direct action within the clients’ organisation through active participation at some level of the governance structure – whether it is structuring portfolios, defining programmes and projects, execution assurance or delivery of programmes and projects.
