At the seventh meeting of CITI’s Centres of Excellence Club, held at Sheffield Hallam University, the topic for the day was benefits management.

Thomas Docker of CITI set the scene and led the discussions.

Thomas and Peter Collin of CITI give short talks on benefits management interspersed with interactive group workshops.
