Approaches to planning

Firmly based on product-based planning, the CITI research developed a working practice, with tools and techniques, to write effective plans that are easy to construct, easy to monitor and effective in supporting both project manager and sponsor to take appropriate decisions and actions.

The results are now deeply integrated into many of our learning solutions, our e-PM guide and are used extensively in the projects and programmes we manage for our clients.
