This level of support is for directors and members of the board who are defining the vision, developing the strategy and sponsoring major change programmes. It provides them with the focus to bring real benefit to their organisation. Development at this level is through the delivering the vision course and a number of executive workshops focussed at key topics.

This level of support is for senior managers and programme managers who are responsible for driving transformational change through their organisation. Education for programme managers is provided through the delivering programmes course supported by tactical workshops looking at key challenges.
