principles. The appropriate level for an individual depends
upon the nature of the projects they are involved with and their
experience. To support you in identifying the correct level of courses

Our open programme management courses meet the requirements of both programme directors and
programme managers and so have been split between directing
change and delivering change. We also provide a programme management awareness workshop which is suitable for all members of the project and programme
management team. |
