2008 Best Practice User Group (BPUG)

Going beyond method – hosted by CITI – for projects and programmes. For over 20 years CITI have researched, practised and taught success in projects, portfolios and programmes to world class organisations. Our approach to learning takes participants ‘beyond method’ to experience complex project issues in real business environments. In this one day event we invited members of the Best Practice User Group (BPUG) to experience how they can apply new techniques and good judgment in complex situations.

Through the day we explored effective approaches to stakeholder engagement and project initiation/business case development. In addition to hosting the BPUG event, CITI extended their beyond method open course programme reward scheme to BPUG members.

This reward scheme provides a 20% discount to attend one of our beyond method courses and is normally only open to those who have attended a CITI method course such as PRINCE2™ * or MSP™ **.
