The topic of ‘Talent management’ is all the rage it would seem, and project management is not immune to its appeal. How does an organisation manage the project talent it possesses? How does it invest in building project capability for the future? Is project talent management really essential… or is it just an unnecessary extravagance?

In this presentation Steve uncovered what talent management means in the context of the project world and proposed that it really is essential for building and sustaining project capability and capacity; an investment for the future, enabling delivery of benefits for the long term success of an organisation.
