BT One IT is a major change initiative to bring together the IT capabilities within BT. Part of this initiative is to provide development frameworks within its programme and project management skill school. Key components are education, professional and academic qualifications, and method accreditation. The seminar will focus on:

• The different requirements for programme and project managers creating career paths in programme and project management 
• The key development components within each career path
