Programme and senior project consultants to:

• Shape, structure and lead client assignments
• assess and recover troubled business critical, complex projects
• coach senior, experienced programme and project managers
• guide board level sponsors in the implementation of effective governance approaches
• support clients in the development of professionalism in their programme and project communities
• plan and structure our clients' project portfolios.
  

A successful candidate will be able to work with, identify and resolve client issues, leaving them confident that they now know what needs to be done. Having excellent communication skills coupled with experience in analysing complex problems, he or she will lead assignments which require building relationships with board and other senior level stakeholders. Experience of managing business transformational programmes and portfolios is essential, as is being IT literate.

Applicants must be dedicated to delivering an excellent level of service to our clients based across the United Kingdom and overseas and must be willing to travel. These roles may also involve medium term placement at client sites.

To be successful in this challenging role, you must be exceptional. You will have at least 10 years' experience as a programme or project consultant in a blue-chip environment. You will have an easy familiarity with MS Office software, be able to develop high-impact presentations, write compelling reports and handle quantitative work.
