It
is widely accepted that businesses, government departments
and other organisations rely on projects and programmes to
bring about beneficial change, as well as build the products
on which their future success depends.
Over time, the dependency on projects and programmes has increased
as more and more initiatives are identified. However, the
demand has outstripped the availability of experienced project
and programme managers capable of running these business-critical
initiatives.
The
MSc Managing Major Projects and Programmes represents a major
innovation to address this shortfall and brings together the
National Centre for Project Management, at Middlesex University,
with CITI, a specialist consultancy in project and programme
management and an accredited provider of the Association for
Project Management.
