  core event - introducing project management

This course is about key project management principles and is for non-project managers. Participants are introduced to the fundamental management and resource disciplines that make projects different. It is designed for those who have to run, or work with projects, while carrying out their functional responsibilities.

qualification - APMP

The Association for Project Management is an internationally recognised body that offers project managers routes to professional qualifications.

This course is aimed at people who want to gain the APMP, awarded by the Association for Project Management. There are two routes that can be taken, either a fully integrated distance learning package, from pre-registration through to exam completion - a period of some ten weeks, or a five day fast track course in which the exam is taken on the last day.
