Principal
and Senior consultants - Salary: £55,000 - £85,000
(negotiable)

- Work
with senior management to develop client change
capability and capacity
- Shape
programmes and projects to ensure major change happens
in organisations
- Coach
experienced and novice project managers in the art
of excellent project management
- Manage
client engagements as CITI introduces professional
project management into some of the most prestigious
companies in the world

To
be successful in this challenging role, you must have an
exceptional background. You will have at least 5 years'
experience in a blue-chip environment, of which a period
in a project consultancy is essential. You will be a good
presenter, with the potential to be a great one. You will
have an easy familiarity with MS Office software, be able
to develop high-impact presentations, write compelling reports
and handle quantitative work.
