All too often we find that the relationship between the project manager and sponsor is far from healthy. Project managers who do not have the ability to exert effective upward management, or who are unclear on the respective roles (and critically, the differences between them) of the PM and sponsor are equally remiss with the sponsor who could be absent, adversarial or micro-managing.

During this talk we will examine some real experiences and discuss some tools and techniques that can prove effective in creating what is needed; a productive and successful partnership.

One of our consultants, Nick Dobson, will be presenting this meeting at Milton Keynes College, Silbury Campus, 200 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LT.
