Registration may be cancelled up to one month before the start of the course and any monies paid will be refunded. After this date participants are liable for the full course fee, including any exam fees. A substitution for another delegate can be made up to 1 day prior to the course with no penalty. (Unless the course involves an examination in case which the substitution must be made two weeks prior.)

If a delegate attends the first module of a course and wishes to cancel their attendance or does not attend any subsequent module(s), no refund or credit will be provided. Substitution of delegates cannot be allowed for any subsequent module(s).

Should CITI cancel or reschedule, course alternatives will be offered where possible. The client may decline the offered alternatives and the registration will be cancelled and any monies refunded. CITI reserves the right to change the course venue.

Rescheduling

A delegate may reschedule their attendance on a course provided it is not less than one month before the course, an administration fee of £50 will be charged.
If a delegate reschedules their attendance on a course between 1 month and 2 weeks of the course start date, an administration fee of £250 + VAT will be charged.
Any rescheduling request received within 2 weeks of the course start date will be treated as a cancellation.

If a delegate reschedules to the next available course date(s) more than once they will be charged a £250 + VAT rescheduling fee to cover administration costs incurred.
If a delegate attends the first module of a course and wishes to reschedule their attendance on any subsequent module(s), they will be charged for costs incurred plus admin fee of £250. The option to reschedule is subject to availability.

Unless the client specifically requests otherwise, CITI retain the right to mention the client’s name and the type of involvement with CITI, without disclosing any confidential details.
