Surveys taken of the experiences and opinions of the participants highlighted some of the issues facing organisations seeking to achieve value from change, and a number of insights emerged into how we might better shape change projects and programmes for success.

But, what is a little worrying is that there is no consensus about exactly what skills and competencies should be used to identify a good PM.
