Successful candidates will be able to understand the language of project management and the structure of a successful project. They will be able to take an active part in a project team and make a positive contribution to any project environment. Delegates will be prepared to take the Introductory Certificate in Project Management at the end of this course.
The APMP Fastrack is for those individuals who want to gain the APMP qualification. It is an intensive course so we recommend that delegates have at least 1 year's experience as a project manager. APMP assesses the candidate’s breadth of knowledge in all areas of project management, from strategic and commercial implications, to the technical, organisational, and people management skills required to participate effectively within a project team. This course is also appropriate for those who are PRINCE2 registered and would like to take the APMP for PRINCE2 practitioners.
The APM Practitioner is for project managers, project co-ordinators and team leaders with three to five years experience in managing non-complex projects, or those who have completed a CITI course to at least the CITI project practitioner (Making Projects Work) level.
