Adrian Wilson
Adrian draws upon over 25 years’ experience of project management in a wide variety of industries. He has hands-on experience of running a large number of projects throughout the lifecycle to include development and installation as well as training and support activities.
Adrian has managed technical and logistics projects, ranging from IT systems implementations to the overseas deployment of complex communication and air traffic management facilities. Other experiences include the role of Projects Practice Manager for a global corporation; running a number of project management teams spread across Europe. His political instinct with strong interpersonal skills make Adrian a witty, engaging and adroit presenter.
Bernard Murray-Gates
Bernard has a wealth of project management experience, extending back to the mid-eighties, acquired while working for major US investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.
One of Bernard’s principle strengths is communication on which much of his proven track-record in the development of senior project managers through education and coaching relies. He is also able to lean on considerable proven experience in project scope definition, project team recruitment and development, and mentoring. All of this adds to a relaxed but expert approach to delivering complex and subtle messages in a way that few delegates are able to forget in a hurry.
Andy Rayner
Drawing on over 20 years experience in project management, Andy has worked with a wide variety of organisations including banks, insurance companies, retailers, and various sports bodies.
He has practical experience of managing bespoke software tools into the financial sales environment; major organisational change and developing role skill-sets to ensure effective business process improvements. Andy’s passion is for knowledge sharing and coaching, something he has done for over 2,500 project managers, sponsors and stakeholders. His enthusiasm for the development and delivery of education for project managers, coupled to an approachable and supportive style make his classes particularly dynamic and memorable.
Nick Dobson
Dating back to the mid-eighties Nick’s project management experience covers a wide spectrum of major public and private UK institutions, ranging from the financial arena to the construction industry.
During his career, the variety of projects and the development of a national database. His abilities lie in the softer side of change management, used to good effect during the implementation of a telecommunications national service provision overcoming both managerial and operative resistance. Consequently Nick is particularly interested in developing project manager’s skills in stakeholder expectation management and uses a thought provoking style to impart lasting messages.
