Associations

Association for Project Management

CITI is a corporate member of the APM, extremely active in the development of the APM core agenda and a regular contributor to Project Magazine.

PMI UK Chapter 

CITI is a member of the UK chapter of the PMI through John Zachar, our Principal Consultant, acting as the Director of Membership for the UK chapter.

APMG 

The APMG is the body who officiates the OGC's accreditations.  Many of our consultants are active within the APMG, including Chris Hobson, Principal Consultant, who is an elected member of the MSP board.

Best Practice User Group 

The user group for projects, programmes and risks relating to the OGC's product set.  CITI are proud to support BPUG in its events and forums.

PPSO SIG 

A special interest group specifically created to support those who work in project and programme support offices. CITI are delighted to support the PPSO SIG with speakers at their conferences.

International Project Management Association

This group, originally European, now has membership globally. Similar to the PMI it has local Chapter Groups. IPMA runs conferences and funds research – its website is an excellent information resource.

Project Management South Africa

The PMSA provides a forum for project management debate and information in South Africa with active local chapters across the country.

Australian Institute of Project Management

The AIPM is associated with IPMA. A very active project management group in its own right – ir organises and promotes project events in Australia.

British Computing Society 

The BCS includes project management as one of its specialist disciplines areas. It was one of the first bodies to offer qualifications in the area of the Project Support Office – PPSO ISEB.

The National Centre for Project Management

Part of Middlesex University, the National Centre for Project Management partners with CITI to provide the MSc Managing Major Projects and Programmes.  CITI also sponsors a research fellow at the Centre.
