We treat our candidates with the utmost respect, and endeavour to make our internal processes as quick and as fair as possible to recruit high quality professionals with appropriate knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes.
We acknowledge receipt of an application within 48 hours, indicating whether or not it is to be followed up. If the application is of interest, the candidate is advised about the recruitment process, the final selection criteria and the timescales.
For most positions, we conduct an assessment centre for which candidates receive a full briefing, to allow them time to prepare. Successful and unsuccessful candidates are notified within 72 hours of the decision. Once a verbal offer has been accepted, this is confirmed in writing, and the associated employment documents are sent out immediately.
CITI values all feedback from candidates about our recruitment process and how we can improve it.
On joining CITI, you are assigned a 'buddy' who supports you through your 3-6 months long induction and development programme, which leads up to accreditation as a full CITI member.
Continuous professional development (CPD) is strongly encouraged for every member of CITI, whether consultant, operations or management. A personal development agreement is made every four months with a continuity manager or line manager, and an action plan established to ensure appropriate development is carried out that is beneficial to clients, to CITI, and to the individual concerned.
