Expertise

All CITI consultant members are qualified, practising change management professionals.  Each has at least ten years of professional experience in the delivery of transformational change, together spanning all major industry sectors, UK government and public service organisations.

It is part of their personal development agreement with CITI that they become and remain actively involved in the development of industry-standard accreditations, and are regularly asked to present at, or contribute to, industry-recognised conferences and publications.

Our rigorous internal accreditation programme requires each consultant to demonstrate their current understanding every six months, and they prepare and lead internal seminars to further develop the corporate knowledge.  'Thursday Club' is used by our members to gain greater insights from client engagements and to debate and develop CITI change management models, concepts and ideas for future deployment.

Sponsorship

Many managers, who are fully aware of ‘what good looks like’ in fulfilling a line management role, are unaware of the different behaviours and approaches that are necessary to good sponsorship. CITI help senior managers understand how they should act in their sponsorship roles.

Portfolio management

Few organisations have stand-alone projects that can be treated in isolation. CITI’s consultants are equipped and experienced in helping you to structure your investment portfolio to achieve optimum portfolio performance.

Programme management

We often find that the approach to programme management is far less consistent and developed as is the case for project management. CITI’s consultants are best placed to facilitate the adaptation of tools, methods and techniques to fit your specific needs in the implementation of a best-practice programme management model.

Project management

CITI’s consultants have a wealth of experience in project management in a wide variety of sectors, and this is reflected in the experience and ‘know-how’ they are able to bring to bear on client projects. Levels of support to, and development of, client project managers varies according to their need, but our value-add remains a constant.

PPSO management

One of the most significant steps along the path to project capability maturity is the establishment of a PPSO. CITI has helped numerous clients take that step with confidence, with consequent beneficial results in performance.
