bank client asked CITI to set up a programme support office
to establish a monitoring and control regime for a major change
programme crucial to the Bank's future competitive success.
Supported by a dedicated portfolio director at CITI and working
with the senior programme sponsor and the programme manager
CITI's PSO specialist established a value added support office
within 10 weeks. He also assisted in reconfiguring the steering
group management processes to improve decision making and
issue resolution.
