Objective
To ensure that your project managers can manage across the full range of projects, where the sources of complexity primarily arise from:

• the nature of the planning required to ensure success
• resource contention within the business
• cross organisational issues
• criticality to business operation
• uncertainty in the project requirement.

Approach
At this level, your managers are experienced in running projects in a methodical way, with significant experience of using project management techniques. This programme challenges their judgment in running major projects. The programme uses case studies to develop their ability to ensure benefits accrue to your business from their projects.
